Inspiration
I am seeing police in nearby places beating people without even asking them why they are out. They should first ask if people have permission or not while they are out. But one can not go out and take permission without permission. So this needs to be digitalized.
What it does
A Person provides his information and reason to go out, Authorities check and approve if they should or should not. Police will have a validator access to validate if an authorization is valid or not.
